Select your desired tour and select "Reserve"; fill out the booking form with all the relevant information and we will contact you shortly after with payment details to secure your booking.
Some of our tours are customizable, while others follow a fixed schedule. In case you come in a group or wish to book a private tour, please let us know in your booking request and we will do our best to accommodate all your needs.
In order to secure your booking, up to 20% of the total amount should be paid online by card, while the remaining amount should be paid upon your arrival, either by card or in cash (unless stated otherwise).
The outstanding balance of the total amount can be paid in cash or card upon arrival, unless stated otherwise.
Masks are no longer mandatory in Croatia, but passengers are welcome to wear them for protection.
Tour providers cancel trips rarely and mostly due to bad weather conditions. If this happens, you can reschedule your trip or get a full refund.
Cancellation notice given: more than 7 days prior to departure = full refund; more than 48 hours prior to departure = 50% refund of the deposited amount; less than 48 hours prior to tour departure or no-show = no refund. Some tours might have a different cancellation policy, please check the relevant tour page on our website for more info.
You can cancel your tour by email or WhatsApp message. In case of cancellations, we recommend doing it as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit.
While some of our activities are disability-friendly, some of them (water activities for the most part) can not be adapted to meet disability standards. Please check respective tour pages to find out more information.
While all of our activities are safe, we advise against most water activities while pregnant. Please contact us for specifics.
From January 1, 2023 Croatia will transition to using Euro. Until then, the only accepted currency is Kuna. Prices denominated in Euros are only informative.
Croatia does have a tipping culture, therefore, if you are happy with your service, do tip your guide/skipper; anything from 5%-15% is common.
